Mary Gladstone and 'The Moss of Cree: a Scottish Childhood'

November 22 | 14:30 - 15:30

Edinburgh Adults Panel Event / Author Reading History

As part of Book Week Scotland we are delighted to have author M.C. Gladstone here to read from The Moss of Cree: A Scottish Childhood. Following her success on Wigtown Book Festival's main stage, Mary Cecil Gladstone is returning to Edinburgh, where she once lived and taught, to read from her newest book. "The Moss of Cree: a Scottish childhood" is an autobiographical depiction of Mary's evolution from wean on a dairy farm to sophisticate in Paris, in her own evolving voice.
