November 20 | 19:30 - 21:00

Cupar Adults Spoken Word / Performance Poetry / Slam Music

Damaging to young minds, anti-religious or just downright sexy…and all available at your local library! Channel your inner rebel and join us on a journey through the world of forbidden fiction. Relax with a beer, listen to readings from a selection of scandalous books, and see if you can work out why these titles have made a banned books list. Providing the perfect soundtrack for the evening will be Glasgow alt-folk musician and author Beerjacket AKA Peter Kelly with songs from his highly anticipated third album and accompanying book of short stories, Silver Chords. With copies of Silver Chords available for sale on the night and banned books to browse join us this Book Week Scotland and become a rebel reader and listener!
